Employment Advice & Service Contracts

Usually employment contracts, policies and service contracts only become issues when recruiting or the relationship breaks down.

WGS can provide the following:

1. Contracts – all employment related contracts from junior to senior director level and non executive directorships. We can also provide contracts for consultants.
2. Policies –from statutory disciplinary and grievance through to equal opportunities, anti bribery and corruption, whistle blowing and health and safety. We can advise on which policies should be part of the contractual commitment and which should not,  in order to allow the employer more flexibility.
3. Review of contracts – we can review your contracts to advise on post termination restrictions and to bring them up to date generally.
